Main Activity
NIKMI's main activity is design and construction of residential, office and multifunctional buildings, and the related infrastructure.
The designed and built up area exceeds 10,000 sq.m per year.
Personnel
The Company has between 800 and 1,000 full-time employees (average per annum).
Certificates
The Company is certified by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber to carry out the following activities:
- Construction of high-rise buildings - from 2nd to 5th category, with their related infrastructure and electric supply facilities.
- Construction of transportation infrastructure projects - 3rd to 4th category.
- Civil engineering projects, hydro-technical structures, environmental projects - 2nd and 3rd category.
