About us
Founded in 1990, NIKMI Jsc. has extensive experience in the construction industry. In the past 35 years, the company has completed more than 500 000 m2. build-up area of residential, commercial, office and industrial space.
Main activity
NIKMI specializes in the full-cycle design and construction of residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings, alongside their essential related infrastructure.
Personnel
At the moment, more than 100 people are working in the Company on full-time basis.
Certificates
The Company is certified by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber to carry out the following activities:
- Construction of high-rise buildings - from 2nd to 5th category, with their related infrastructure and electric supply facilities.
- Construction of transportation infrastructure projects - 3rd to 4th category.
- Civil engineering projects, hydro-technical structures, environmental projects - 2nd and 3rd category.
